Insurance payment is DUE BY December 20th each year 

1. An Email was sent to ALL Unit PTA Presidents in Early October.

2. Log into the CAPTA.org Leaders Website.

3. Follow the instructions in the email to pay the insurance premium.

4. Late FEE is increased to $75.

5. Units can pay by either ACH (online) or check using the invoice sent.
