Coruscant Guard : Procedures
Combative Procedures:
On-Station Procedures: While you are on station, your first and foremost priority should be to uphold law and security. With this being said, you are to carry out any order given to you by your battalion Command or Navy command. There should almost always be a Shock trooper stationed in brig unless it is DEFCON 1.
Off-Station Procedures: Should a Coruscant Guard Trooper have to leave station for whatever reason, they are to obey all orders given to them by CG and Naval Command. If they are given orders by a separate battalion commander they are to follow the order if no CG or Naval are present. All CG Troopers are to follow combat procedures and Rules of Engagement.
Termination Procedures:
Coruscant Guard Troopers are ONLY allowed to execute or kill fellow troopers or detained personnel if ordered to or in immediate danger from said target. If the target fires upon any fellow Republic Troopers, Shock personnel are allowed to return fire, but should make every attempt to detain the subject.
Detainment Procedures:
Coruscant Guard Troopers will on occasion be required to detain subjects or wrong-doers. In the event that this happens, All available Shock troopers should assist in the detainment of the subject, They should immediately surround the subject, stunning them if necessary, strip and bind the subject then take them to brig. Should the subject not comply, Shock are allowed to stun and immediately arrest the perpetrator. Possible authorized reasons for detainment include: Failure to comply with stand-down orders / Orders to detain the suspect from a Command Member / The subject has failed or refused to comply with authorized ID checks / Suspects ID has come back false / Suspect has broken a code or rule.
