Registration & Abstracts

Please complete the forms below. For 'Registration-only' (i.e., no abstract), only fill out the first form (once). The second form for abstracts allows you to submit multiple abstract entries.

Live presentations (a.k.a 'talks') & Virtual Meeting Space

Talks during the Oct 12-13 & 19-20 Live session time window are limited to 7 min, and will be assigned by the organizing committee. All participants can submit presentations or posters for the Virtual Meeting Space in Gather.Town (see below for format guidelines).

Presentation formats

LIVE presentations:

Please be prepared to present your paper in no more than 7min - use either ppt or pdf slides. While it will be possible to share these slides from your desktop, we kindly request that you provide the organizers with a copy in case of technical difficulties.

Virtual Meeting Space (via Gather.Town):

Gather.Town will allow participants to present their poster or slides interactively (voice & video chat), similar to a real poster hall. While we are finalizing setting up the GRACE-FO STM meeting space, please consider the following when creating a poster or slides:

• You will need to submit your poster before the meeting, and it will then be set up for you in Gather.town

  • preferred file formats: .png, .jpg, .webp

  • max 3MB in size

  • typical AGU and EGU poster formats work well! (e.g., at least 1000px/600px for width/height)

• pdf and ppt files are possible to display as well in the Virtual Meeting Space, but will need to be embedded through an external link (details on how to do this to follow).
