About the Meeting

The GRACE-FO Science Team Meeting 2021 will be held on October 12-13 & 19-20, 2021. The Science Team Meeting will be organized by moderated discussions on specific themes, each consisting of invited and contributed presentations plus room for open-floor questions and answers.

Due to the continuing COVID-19 disruptions, we will once again meet virtually. This year, to facilitate interaction across the team, we will use a virtual conference space that allows for small-group interactions and presentation/poster viewing.

• Abstract deadline: Oct-3, 2021.

• Registration deadline: Oct-10, 2021.

• Meeting dates & times (UPDATED / REVISED!)

  • Live Session 1: Oct-12 from (7:15-10:00 PST / 16:15-19:00 CEST).

  • Live Session 2: Oct-13 from (7:15-10:00 PST / 16:15-19:00 CEST).

  • Live Session 3: Oct-19 from (7:15-10:00 PST / 16:15-19:00 CEST).

  • Live Session 4: Oct-20 from (7:15-10:00 PST / 16:15-19:00 CEST).

  • The Virtual Meeting Space on Gather.Town will be open 24/7 from (at least) Oct-12 through Oct-20 and allow all participants to view presentation, and meet via video chat outside of the Live Session times listed above.
