Consider how you can create a more inclusive classroom environment for all students, regardless of neurodiversity
I can create a class where every student feels included and comfortable no matter how they learn by getting to know them first. Some students need more time to understand instructions while others may learn better through visuals, discussions, or hands on activities, getting to know them makes sure i am prepared to change my lessons. I should be flexible with the way I teach instead of expecting every student to learn the exact same way. I think patience and understanding are very important when working with students because some students may struggle with communication, focus, or social interaction. To create a more inclusive classroom, I would allow students to ask questions without feeling embarrassed and group activities would be welcoming to everyone, and I would try my best to make sure that students feel respected and accepted by encouraging them.
