Questions, problems or feedback: geteveryfile@gmail.com
GetEveryFile finds the files on the web page you are on and lists them, so you can download the ones you want together instead of clicking them one by one. Click the toolbar button, choose the files, and press Download. Files are saved to a folder inside your Downloads folder.
If something did not work, write to geteveryfile@gmail.com and include:
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• The address of the page, only if it is public and you are comfortable sharing it.
• The download report, if there is one: in the popup, press "Copy log" and paste it into your message. The report lists the page address, folder, and each file's address, size, type and result, so check it before sending and remove anything you do not want to share.
Please do not send passwords or private documents.
• No streaming video or audio (HLS, DASH and similar), and no DRM-protected files.
• No login automation: it only sees what the page shows you, and downloads use your browser's own session.
• No crawling: it reads the page you are on, not the pages it links to.
• No ZIP creation: files are saved one by one into a folder.
• No scrolling: files a page only loads as you scroll are not listed until you scroll and reopen the popup.
• If a file fails, the report says why (for example expired link, login needed, blocked, not found), and "Retry failed" tries those files again.
GetEveryFile does not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. The full privacy policy is on the Privacy page of this site.
You can also use the Feedback link in the extension's popup. It opens an email to the address above, and you choose what to write.
