Thomas Patrick Davenport is a ten-year veteran of the classroom, currently teaching in a rural school startup where is the founding assistant director in addition to a full teaching load. Thomas has instructed students from pre-K to senior high. He has worked extensively in charter schools and served in homeschool communities. He considers himself a teacher-preneur and loves to help teachers build communities of innovators like themselves. Since graduating with his M.Ed in 2018, his focus has shifted to research and data science. Thomas enjoys cooking and Lord of the Rings trivial pursuit. He lives and hikes in southwest Colorado.
Mark Manners brings 12 years of experience being an educator and has a diverse background. He taught K-12 Visual Arts, Career and Technical Education, English Language Acquisition, and Advanced Placement courses in Colorado at Aurora Public Schools. He was also an adjunct professor through community colleges which allowed him to teach concurrent enrollment courses to high school students. Mark recently helped create innovation plans for a network of turnaround schools and is now supporting educators across the country by utilizing software as a learning management and communication tool. He believes that making student data easier to generate and track can create meaningful insights, address inequities, transform student learning and drive decisions to improve student outcomes through a culture of transparency, collaboration and accountability.
