Even before entering the industry, Zhao Lusi has been actively engaged in charitable activities, many of which remain unpublicised and were only revealed by the organisations themselves. In 2025, Zhao Lusi officially launched her own welfare organisation, 小小的守护 (Little Rose) and RosyDoedian.

Zhao Lusi consistently supports farmers, rural communities, the environment, animals, disaster areas, and anyone in need. She uses her influence to help agricultural industries grow, to help children from rural areas experience the world, and to provide resources to vulnerable people.
