An off-season QB training program to enhance - footwork, throws, and processing

The goal of this program is to develop the most important position in sports.

We will start from the ground up, and create a consistent routine to perfect our craft.

Although our pursuit of perfection will go beyond the camp dates, by the end, we will have the ability to match the appropriate footwork to a variety of throws, and process information to the point where we are -

"Calm in Chaos."

Coach Gerbino was hired as the Offensive Coordinator at Utica College in 2017, since then the Pioneers have averaged over 30 ppg, put 11 players on all-conference teams, and won the first post-season game in school history. In 2018, the Pioneers had the most amount of yards and points in school history, the statistical champion for every receiving category, and the QB won Empire 8 ROY. In 2019 the Pioneers finished 3rd in the conference in PPG and had a WR voted to the all-conference team. In 2021 the QB was rewarded all-conference for finishing 2nd in passing yards, TDs, completion percentage, and efficiency.
