Private transfers

Guatemala is not the easiest place to travel around but all the more rewarding for doing so. The roads are bumpy, windy and the majority of transport options uncomfortable. Chicken buses are cheap but drivers often have little regard for public safety and are more concerned about beating the other drivers to next potential customers. The tourist shuttles between the main destinations are plentiful but that means that there is so much competition between agencies that they drive their prices down and then often don’t adequately maintain their vehicles. Bald tyres are perfectly acceptable here.

For those wanting a safer and more comfortable travel experience I offer private transfers in my Land Cruiser Prado. I can do airport pickups and drop off, transfer to the beach, hot springs, Antigua or wherever you want to go! Price per trip is dependent on numbers and distance.
