The Third Grade students of Penn Brook School will be walking to the museum in June. They will learn about life in Georgetown many years ago including the 17th Century Tavern, shoe making and other businesses. They will visit the Victorian Parlor, hand churn butter in the kitchen, and examine arrowheads and tools in the gardens. They will also visit schoolhouse #5 and learn what school was like when the schoolhouse was in use.
The Brocklebank Museum will open for the Summer on Sunday, July 12, 2026 from 1 to 4 PM. We plan to be open every Sunday through the summer and fall, except Labor Day weekend. Our final Sunday of the season will be October 4.
