This is a great short video from Will Smith. I have been learning lessons from this guy since he was the fresh prince! In the video he talks about failure and how everyone has to fail many things before the success comes. The more we fail the more we learn from those failures or mistakes that we made. With out them we can not be successful. Today we live in a digital age when we can go to the internet for fast results, but in life we can not get the results we want instantly. We must work hard for what we want and that is the only way to reach the top!

The way we look at things, people, and activities we do in our day to day lives can result in us not being fulfilled with joy/happiness. Today people think happiness comes from owning many things. We also reject completing the tasks that we have to do every day and this can take a toll on us. We also zone out many times during the day and do not think of things that would truly make us happy. I believe true joy comes from experiencing things that only come around a few times in our lives. I also believe that we can create joy by slowing down every day to think or mediate. I not talking about a crazy long period of time to sit and just think. Just a 5-10 minute break where we can just focus on our own mind to relax.
