These services are targetting children from infancy upto 5 years of age and helping them to develop as smart adults , taking into context their family, community and centre. Basically this wing is dealing with sound and upto mark social, emotional and cognitive development of a child. It is their belief that close and secure relationships with parents and other care givers , infants and young children learn what is expected of them and what they can expect of other people. The Early on Services at The George Hull Centre work with families to support the healthy social and emotional development of their young children (George Hull Centre for children and families,2022).
Early on Centre's
The George Hull Early on Centre offers free programs to families with young children. Child and Family Educators provide in-class support. The ECE in the Family Resource Centre offers daily drop-in programs, special activities and parent education workshops. Numerous events, such as the Community Breakfast and Spring Community Fair, are organized to bring community members together (The george hull centre earlyon for children and families, 2023) .
Every Child Belongs
Every Child Belongs provides support and consultation to childcare providers to help them effectively meet the social, emotional and developmental needs of children in the child care, upto age 12. the resource consults at the centre polishes the skills of care providers so that they can maintain a healthy environment at their care centres. They may also be trained to provide consultation on the special needs of the child (Every child belongs George hull Centre for children and families, 2023)
Family Group Conferencing Toronto
The Toronto Group Conferencing Program this particular program helps families involved with Child Welfare work with their extended family to develop a plan that addresses risks identified by service providers and meets the child's needs for safety and well being (George Hull Centre for Children and Families, 2022).
Preschool Speech and languages Services
This service takes into account the social, emotional and cognitive development of child . The first five years of child development are taken as most crucial years for the development. The center helps the children and the families having difficulty in :-
Understanding language (listening, & Interpreting messages)
Using language ( sending a message using gestures,pictures,sounds and words)
The interaction and social skills that are part of the communicating.
The planning and clarity of speech (articulation, pronunciation, stittering and vocal quality)

Mental Health Services
"Mental Health Impacts the entire family. At the George Hull Centre, they provide mental health services that address the needs of the child in context of their family. By helping children and strengthening families we make a difference and improves lives " (George Hull Centre,2022).
The main areas of concern in this section are the issues related with anxiety and depression, as these two problems are closely connected with the suicidal thoughts and self harm incidents (George Hull Centre for Children and Families, 2022).

COUNSELLING SERVICES
COMMUNITY CLINIC
The Community Clinic serves families with children from birth through age 18 who are experiencing significant emotional, behavioral, developmental and/or psychiatric difficulties. Clinical services include specialized assessment, family, individual and group treatment, and psychological and psychiatric consultation. The Clinic also provides clinical service to schools, child welfare and other community agencies (George Hull Centre for Children and families, 2022)
DAY TREATMENT
CLEAR DIRECTIONS
This Program provides treatment to 13 - 18 years adolescents; who have serious mental illness. A multidisciplinary team integrates harm reduction, systematic and psycho - educational approaches and offers a continuum of services including assessment , family, individual and group therapy, an academic program , residential support , out reach and follow up (George Hull Centre for Children and families, 2022)
GROUP PROGRAMS
Clear Directions Substance Abuse Program
This is a collaborative program provided by the George Hull Centre for children and families, Breakway Addiction Services and, and the Toronto District School Board. This Program assists GTA youth 18 years and under, who are dealing struggling with serious substance abuse and mental health issues (George Hull Centre for Children and families, 2022)
School Programs
These programs focus on development of cognitive , social skills, as these are thought to be important for stable social relationships at home, school and in the community (George Hull Centre for Children and families, 2022)

RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT
LIBBY'S PLACE & GIRLS HOUSE
The aim of such programs under Libby's place and girls house is to provide specialized residential treatment to young adolescents between the age of 12 - 18. These Programs are run by experienced staff and method adopted in therapies and psychiarty treatment. The motive is to raise self esteem , confidence and skill development of the clients (George Hull Centre for Children and families, 2022).
