Registration

● The Conference is in-person / on-site.

● Participation in the conference requires the presentation of a paper.

● Registration & Payment period: 15 April - 31 May 2023.

● Conference fee: 115 Euros (55 Euros for Students) 

● Conference fee includes admission to all conference sessions, coffee-breaks, the digital program of the conference, abstracts in digital format, the certificate of participation.

● The Conference Dinner and the Post-Conference Excursion are not included in the Conference fee.

● The Conference fee does not include any provision for the insurance of participants (against personal injury, sickness, property damage, etc.). Participants are advised to arrange for any insurance they consider necessary.

● Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

● Payment (Conference fee): by Bank Transfer.

● Payment is made to Centre for Economic and Regional Studies, Budapest, Hungary (KRTK - Közgazdaság- és Regionális Tudományi Kutatóközpont).

● No costs associated with the bank transfer can be charged to the organization of the conference.

● Reimbursement of any fee is not possible due to participants responsibility.

● Detailed information on the registration and payment procedure was sent to each participant on 5.04.2023, including the registration form (email from igu.geogov@gmail.com).

● A "Note of Acceptance" was sent to participants on 28.02.2023 (email from igu.geogov@gmail.com).
