● The Conference is in-person / on-site.
● Participation in the conference requires the presentation of a paper.
● Registration & Payment period: 15 April - 31 May 2022.
● Conference fee: 100 Euros (30 Euros for Students)
● Conference fee includes admission to all conference sessions, the opening ceremony, coffee-breaks, the closing ceremony, the conference bag, the digital program of the conference, abstracts in digital format, the certificate of participation.
● The Conference fee does not include any provision for the insurance of participants (against personal injury, sickness, property damage, etc.). Participants are advised to arrange for any insurance they consider necessary.
● Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
● Payment (Conference fee): by Credit or Debit Card or Bank Transfer.
● Payment is made to Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Mexico City, Mexico.
● No costs associated with the bank transfer can be charged to the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Mexico City, Mexico.
● Reimbursement of any fee is not possible due to participants responsibility.
● The Conference is on-site /in-person (see Note 1 below).
● Detailed information on the registration and payment procedure was sent directly to each participant on 20 April 2022.

● The first time you enter the system, you must first register ("Registar" / "Sign Up" - in the lower button that appears in your screen) . You must provide an email and set your own password for your future login ("Ingresar" / "Enter"). It is possible to reset the password later.

NOTE 1
● The Conference is on-site /in-person.
● As colleagues start the preparation of the travel arrangements, the organization of the Conference informs that it will do everything possible, within its capacity, to hold the conference on-site / in-person. However, as it is understandable, we cannot guarantee that the conditions of the Pandemic at the time of the conference will not require the shift to online mode or postponement.
NOTE 2
● A Note of Acceptance (email) was sent to all participants whose proposal (abstract) for an oral presentation in the Conference was accepted (on 15 February, for abstracts submitted during the 1st Call; on 26 March for abstracts submitted during the 2nd Call).
● A note (email) on registration was sent to all participants on 26 March.
● An email was sent to all participants on 13 April with information about the update of the website (Program Schedule, iinfo on registration , info on field visits).
● An email was sent on 20 April with the link for registration / payment (Conference fee).
