These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GeoFam mobile application (the "App"), developed by Viotag ("we," "us," or "Our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the App.
2.1. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes, and in compliance with these Terms.
2.2. Consent to Tracking
You agree to use the App solely for tracking devices owned by you or devices for which you have the explicit, confirmed consent of the user (who must be of legal age). Tracking anyone without their knowledge and consent is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for obtaining such consent.
2.3. Minor Use
If you permit a minor to use the App, you represent and warrant that you are the legal parent or guardian of that minor and agree to these Terms on their behalf.
The GeoFam App is NOT a substitute for emergency services and should not be used as the sole means of communication in an emergency.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or continuity of location data. Accuracy may be affected by cellular networks, GPS satellites, device battery, and other factors.
You agree that in the event of an emergency, you will use official means of communication, such as calling your local emergency number.
The App may offer subscription-based services (Premium features).
The payment, subscription, and cancellation terms are governed by the terms of the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) through which you made the purchase.
Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes in advance.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
In no event shall Viotag be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
