Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Geo GPS Map: Live Earth Camera mobile application (the "App") provided by VANTIP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("us", "we", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or interacting with the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any segment of these provisions, you must immediately remove the App from your device and discontinue all usage.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and fully revocable license to utilize the App for your personal, non-commercial tracking, photography, and educational map viewing purposes, strictly complying with this document.
You explicitly agree NOT to:
Decompile, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to steal the source code, map rendering methods, or asset structures of the App.
Employ the App for unlawful activities, or deliberately spoof, fake, or manipulate GPS location metrics on photos to perform fraudulent schemes.
Automate data collection from the App's Earth view streams using bots or scrapers.
The App, including its visual layout, mapping templates, custom user interface components, logo graphics, and original underlying source code, belongs entirely to VANTIP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and its authorized licensors, protected by global copyright and trade secret frameworks.
The App is delivered to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" baseline. The map data, satellite imaging, live world feeds, weather estimates, and elevation trackers are managed through external third-party APIs. VANTIP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED makes no warranties that these geographic readouts will be 100% precise, uninterrupted, or current, as performance depends heavily on satellite reception and network connectivity.
To the absolute boundary allowed under governing legislation, VANTIP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED shall not be held liable for any indirect, unintended, special, or consequential damages arising out of your access to (or inability to use) the App, including but not limited to mobile data overages, photo loss, or device operational delays.
We maintain the autonomous right to cancel your access permissions to the App instantly, without prior warning, if you are found to violate any terms set forth in this legal agreement.
