To deliver the core global mapping, location tagging, and live camera features, the App requests and processes the following data:
Precise Location Data: The App requires permission to access your device’s GPS, cell tower signals, and Wi-Fi data to calculate coordinates for location-stamping, route tracking, and rendering accurate Earth map overlays. This data is processed in real-time on your device. We do not continuously store or construct permanent logs of your movement history on our external servers.
Camera and Photo Gallery Access: The App utilizes your camera to capture live images/videos and requires storage access to save media embedded with geographical metadata. All captured photos and stream views are saved strictly inside your local device storage. We do not stream or upload your camera feed to any external database.
Technical and Diagnostic Logs: We automatically harvest non-personal technical data via built-in analytical SDKs (such as Google Analytics or Firebase). This encompasses your device model, system version, specific feature interactions, and system crash reports, used purely to enhance app performance.
We implement robust administrative, technical, and digital safeguards designed to neutralize risks of unauthorized data entry, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Since the operational content of the App (your saved travel photos, personal routes, and map configurations) stays embedded within your internal local device directories, the vulnerability to cloud-based external server breaches is severely minimized.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal identifiers or raw location logs to third-party advertising companies. We may share completely anonymized, technical metadata or crash logs with our reliable third-party infrastructure providers (such as analytical tools or hosting platforms) solely to refine the stability of the software under ironclad confidentiality contracts.
Your non-personally identifiable diagnostic logs and performance metrics may be transferred to—and stored on—infrastructure units located outside your home state, territory, or country, where dynamic data privacy regulations may differ. Your downloading and active operation of the App indicates explicit consent to the international handling of these anonymous diagnostic files.
We enforce a strict zero-disclosure policy regarding user data to the general public. We will only release specific operational insights to outside authorities if strictly commanded by an official legal subpoena, judicial court directive, or valid law enforcement investigation, or when we assess in good faith that disclosure is necessary to guard our legal rights or ensure user safety.
Depending on your geographical location, you hold legal entitlements concerning the anonymous logs handled by the App, including the right to inspect, correct, update, or ask for total erasure of system analytics. Because we do not compile user accounts or log your photos onto remote clouds, you can exercise complete data deletion by cleaning the App cache directly in your Android system preferences.
Our App is a global map and utility camera companion and does not purposefully market to or gather information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 within designated EU member states). In the event that we uncover that a child has accidentally initiated permissions that generate metadata, we will move promptly to scrub those diagnostic fragments from our storage pipelines.
We reserve the right to revise or restructure this Privacy Policy at our discretion. We will indicate structural changes by refreshing the updated Privacy Policy document on this screen and editing the "Effective Date" markers at the header. You are highly encouraged to review this statement periodically.
This Privacy Policy, our internal operational protocols, and any legal disputes regarding data privacy boundaries shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced strictly in compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VANTIP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is officially incorporated.
To present map data, live satellite streams, or ads, the App connects with external services (such as Google Maps API). Tapping on advertisements or custom map external links might forward you to external digital portals. We exercise zero authority over, and assume no legal liability for, the content, cookie files, or privacy behavior practiced by these third-party properties.
For users operating inside the State of California, the CCPA awards you the right to learn about data processing categories, demand deletion of technical files, and opt-out of data sales. As outlined across this document, we do not monetize or sell your personal details. You can act on your CCPA rights by contacting us via email or erasing the app data on your device.
For individuals operating from the European Economic Area (EEA), our lawful basis for handling data relies on your explicit consent (enabling GPS map and camera scopes) or our legitimate structural interests to supply functional geotagging tools. You retain full legal rights to demand data portability, object to processing, or lodge dynamic complaints with a national data protection supervisory authority.
