I am a 200hr certified Yoga Teacher
I am also a student of yoga, and always will be.
My yoga practices invite you to
reconnect with your body,
quiet your mind,
and find peace in the present moment.
To me, Yoga is a therapeutic practice
It has helped me to lessen my physical and emotional pain
It is a journey I've experienced personally and I hope to share its benefits with you.
Do you want to be less affected by what life throws at you?
Do you want to be more at ease with yourself and the people around you?
Do you want to alleviate the physical pain & discomfort in your body through movements?
If yes, I invite you to join me in my practice and cultivate the reservoir of quiet & inner resilience.
When we are able to be still, life just feels less difficult.
Human life is full of suffering, so how can we suffer less?
As my teacher, Leigh, always says:
"Would you rather have flexible hamstrings, or a flexible mind?"
"Have faith, keep practising, and let the path of Yoga reveal itself"
I hope you will join me in this journey as we explore the beautiful practice of yoga
and learn to navigate life with greater balance and inner peace.

"I attended a slow flow class led by Daphne and she was patient to explain when new poses are introduced. She gave clear instructions and reminded us to check our breathing throughout the class. I enjoyed her class!"

"It was my first time attending a yoga class. Daphne asked everyone at the start of the class if we were new to yoga, and made sure the class was easy to follow even for beginners by giving alternative options to each yoga move. She was very approachable and always kept a smile throughout the class. Daphne provided a welcoming and comfortable space for people who want to try out yoga. The purpose of the class was for us to slow down and focus on mindful breathing. I felt that the exercises were well designed with that in mind, and throughout the class Daphne also kept reminding everyone on when to breathe in and out, and to focus on our breathing. I would recommend anyone who wants to try out yoga in a safe space to come join Daphne’s class!"

"I recently took a slow flow yoga class with Daphne and it was a really great session. Even after just one session, I felt so much better in both my body and mind. As a beginner, I was a bit nervous, but Daphne was super welcoming and made sure everyone felt comfortable, no matter their skill level. The slow flow class was easy to follow, and Daphne's instructions were clear and helpful. She gave options for the different poses based on what we would be more comfortable with, which made it really easy to follow along and find what worked best for me. I also loved how she shared some great quotes during the session. They really added to the relaxed vibe and made the whole experience even more enjoyable and insightful. By the end of the class, I felt way more relaxed and centered. I'm definitely planning to go back for more. If you're thinking about trying yoga, I highly recommend taking a class with Daphne."
