Welcome to Gen Signals. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Gen Signals mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of the App Gen Signals provides educational and informational tools designed to help parents understand youth communication and digital behavior. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

2. Not Professional Advice (Medical/Therapy Disclaimer) Gen Signals is an educational tool powered by artificial intelligence. The app does not provide medical advice, mental health advice, psychological diagnosis, therapy, crisis intervention, or professional counseling services. The insights and suggested responses generated by the app are for informational purposes only. You should always use your own judgment as a parent and seek qualified professionals for medical, legal, mental health, or emergency concerns.

3. Privacy and Local Data Storage Your privacy is critical to us. User profiles are stored locally on your device. User queries submitted to our AI tools are processed in real-time and are never logged or stored on our servers. By using the app, you consent to the real-time processing of text inputs as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and Premium Features Certain features of Gen Signals may require a premium subscription. Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions directly through your device's app store settings.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gen Signals and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, including any actions taken or not taken based on the AI-generated guidance provided.
