If you want do deepen your understanding of Ignatian Spirituality and want to explore in a community how you can live this is in your daily life, these sessions may be for you.
Together we reflect on the key concepts of Ignatian Spirituality using either the Exercises, Ignatius's letters to his followers or other resources to deepen our understanding and how this personally speaks to each one of us in our day to day living.
Requirements: You feel strongly drawn to live more deeply the Ignatian Spirituality and you have completed one of the Ignatian Spirituality courses or the Spiritual Exercises.

This is the 2nd part of the 2 year course to become a Spiritual Accompanier. Here you will build on the listening and discernment skills you were taught in first part of the training session. We will explore more deeply St Ignatius rules of the Spiritual Exercises.
Participants must have completed the first part of the Spiritual Exercises course and have made the Full Ignatian Spiritual Exercises or taken part in some other equivalent experience.
This course is a requirement for those going on to train in Spiritual Accompaniment/Direction.

This is the first part of a course to become a Spiritual Accompanier.
You will develop skills to enable you to enter into conversations embracing joy and sorrow, life and death, confusion and the making of good decisions, prayer and following in the way of Christ.
The course is based in the Ignatian tradition and explores the attitudes, skills and ways of listening and discerning found in good spiritual conversations.
The course will benefit you if you are working in the caring professions and teaching or if you simply want to be able to be alongside friends and family and your church community at a deeper level.
Participants should have completed the Growth in Prayer and Reflective Living Course or have made the Full Ignatian Spiritual Exercises or taken part in some other equivalent experience.
This course is a requirement for those going on to train in Spiritual Accompaniment/Direction.
