Stilling: Come into the presence of God and still yourself
Grace: Pray that in these unprecedented times we share with joy God's mission of loving the world.
We suggest that today you review the prayer of the past week.
If you have been keeping a journal of what happened in your prayer then read over the last six days.
Where has God moved you most?
Notice how God has spoken to you about how he sees your life and your deeper self.
Pray again with the material that has been most meaningful for you this week and let it deepen.
You may like to just take a section of the Scripture or just the Thought for Today in order to simplify it.
Pick up again any conversations with God that feel unfinished.
It is perhaps a day to spend longer preparing for prayer.
In particular savour the moments where there has been grace or consolation.
Re-live the joyful moments.
