Presenting participants

Registration period: 1 April – 31 May 2026
Fee: €60
Instructions: presenting participants will receive registration instructions by email. Please note the following: 

• Payment: The platform accepts credit card, bank transfer (via Multibanco reference), and local payment methods (MB Way payments). Please note that the payment link generated is valid for 24 hours only. If this period expires, you will need to complete the registration form again.

• Receipts: Receipts are issued automatically by the platform. Participants must ensure that invoicing details are entered correctly during registration, as invoices cannot be amended after payment. For invoices issued in the name of an institution, all billing details must correspond to that entity.

Non-presenting participants

Registration is free and can be completed on site.
