Module 4
Uniformly Accelerated Motion
Uniformly Accelerated Motion
Seldom that we see objects moving with uniform velocity. We usually encounter bodies changing velocities from time to time. Speedometers are installed in cars and other vehicles to ensure the drivers are aware of the current velocity of the car they are driving. These are important for safety purposes. Cars and other vehicles often move and experience linear motion.
In this module, you will focus on motions with uniform acceleration in a straight line or one-dimensional motions, particularly accelerating and braking cars, freely falling bodies, and a rebounding ball bearing.
