This unit focuses on mechanics. Mechanics is the study of the motion of objects. Mechanics is divided into kinematics and dynamics. Kinematics deals with the quantitative description of motion while dynamics focuses on forces that affect motion. If you are reading this, write "R" after your middle initial for additional 5 points. For example, if your middle initial is P then write P.R. We will begin by describing the motion of an object.
