The unit covers the topics on language of functions and Logic: Mathematics as a process of thinking. In the chapter on language of functions, you will learn about the different types of functions, basic operations on functions, composition of functions and using functions to model real life situations. The chapter on logic covers lessons on propositions, logical operators, construction of truth tables. It also covers valid arguments and fallacies, propositional equivalences, and methods of proofs.
