Tracey is a creative and dedicated educator, driven by her passion to empower others to excel and flourish. Her relentless pursuit of knowledge has propelled her to cultivate expertise in specialist education, enabling her to mentor and assist others effectively.   Her extensive teaching career spans over 25 years in international and New Zealand contexts, within primary and intermediate school settings, complemented by her tenure at NZCGE as a Specialist Educator for gifted students.  Tracey is also a SPELD teacher, providing one-on-one support to students with Specific Learning Disabilities where she often crosses paths with 2E students. Tracey harbours a deep commitment to inclusive education.  Her expertise lies in identifying gifted needs, providing practical classroom support, and creating opportunities to embrace neurodiversity.   She is recognised for her skill in fostering relationships and her communication style, which centres on leveraging strengths and adopting solution-oriented approaches.
