Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma in Specialist Teaching (Gifted) Massey University, 2022

• Master of Educational Management (First Class Honours) Auckland University, 2005.

•  Bachelor of Education/Diploma of Teaching, Auckland University, 1998.

Tania is a highly experienced teacher who is currently working in a leadership role in a large central Auckland Primary school. Her experience in education has involved classroom teaching, mentoring, SENCO and senior leadership. She has expertise in leading curriculum development and review and providing professional learning that builds the capacity of teachers to meet the needs of neurodiverse learners.  Tania is known for her ability to build and foster positive relationships with teachers, whanau and the community and her ability to effectively nurture and develop the strengths of the kaiako and tamariki she works with.
