Smruti is a dedicated specialist educator with the ability and experience to establish positive, collaborative connections and create strength-based, child-centred learning experiences, support and interventions. She has over 20 years of teaching and leadership experience internationally and in New Zealand and her areas of particular interest and speciality are gifted learners with specific learning difficulties, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Child and Family mental health. Smruti is known for her ability to build relationships, be caring, and for her strength-based, problem-solving approach and solution-focused communication.
