I have had a range of experiences over my 20 years in ECE, including kaiako, parent, professional development facilitator, emergent researcher, senior tutor, and currently a Lecturer for the Graduate Diploma programme at Te Rito Maioha ECE New Zealand. As a teacher and facilitator, I bring a commitment to building whanaungatanga through genuine and respectful relationships with learners, whānau, tauira, colleagues, and the wider community.  I bring experience and knowledge of working with young children and understanding giftedness in the early years.
