Char is an experienced kaiako and facilitator, having been an educator, facilitator, and consultant. She has worked alongside teachers and senior leadership teams to build their capacity to meet the needs of gifted learners, especially gifted Maori and Pasifika, to enhance the progress, achievement and well-being of all gifted learners.  She is known for having manaakitanga, kaitiakitanga and whanaunatanga and is fortunate to be able to operate positively in many culturally-diverse environments through skills and understandings garnered through worldwide travel experiences and having many passionate interests and connections in Aotearoa and my local community.
