Carol is an experienced educator trained in the Montessori philosophy with an explosive passion for Gifted Education.  She believes of all learners, gifted students offer the greatest spectrum to educators to either lead them to success or fail them dismally - the latter being all too common and the former being not only possible, but essential and intensely rewarding.  Helping gifted learners, along with their teachers and their whanau to understand themselves and realise their potential is her life’s passion that she loves to share with others in any way she can.
