Sponsorship for GEMCCON 2018 has closed. Thank you to all our confirmed sponsors for their support towards a successful conference! ~~We are still soliciting sponsors for this event and have two sponsorship tiers and an additional wine sponsorship option. The basic details of each are provided below~~.

All sponsors:

1) Sponsors may provide marketing material (printed brochures and flyers etc...) to distribute to delegates in the conference bags.

2) Logos will be displayed on the conference website as well as on the printed program.

Platinum sponsors – ZAR 35 000 (approximately USD 3 000) each:

1) Two included full delegate registrations, including the conference dinner.

2) Premium exhibition space.

3) Sponsors of the lunches and dinner. We will make announcements during the conference and acknowledge the sponsorship in the printed program. Banners may be displayed at the conference dinner.

4) A 15 minute slot will be allocated to each of the main sponsors before lunch/coffee breaks for a marketing presentation of a technical nature.

5) Logo will be displayed on the conference bags.

Gold sponsors – ZAR 15 000 (approximately USD 1 275) each:

1) One included full delegate registration, including the conference dinner.

2) Exhibition space.

3) Sponsors of the coffee/tea breaks. We will make announcements at the conference and acknowledge the sponsorship in the printed program.

Wine sponsorships (Limited amount) – ZAR 5 000 (approximately USD 425) each:

1) Sponsor the wine for the welcome cocktail, wine-tasting or the banquet.

2) The company logo will be prominently displayed on the tables acknowledging the sponsorship.
