Electronic Copyright Form
The IEEE Copyrights team is in the process of activating the electronic copyrights form link. As soon as this is available, instructions will be mailed to you in order to sign copyright over to the IEEE.
The IEEE Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) team is handing the electronic copyright form (eCF) directly. Authors will receive emails with the links and credentials for their eCFs. Authors are asked to contact the GEMCCON Organizing Committee if they have not yet received instructions from the IPR office.
Inclusion of your document to the IEEE Xplore Database is subject to all these requirements, as well as at least one author registration by 24 August 2018 (with the registration fee paid).
Please note that IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented either orally or as a poster at the conference.
