Meeting Guidelines
Purpose
The purpose of GEG Iowa's monthly meetings are to:
Foster connections among educators in Iowa who utilize Google tools
Discuss the latest updates to Google Apps
Offer tutorials, demonstrations, and practical guides
Highlight & exchange bright spots of Google Apps use cases across the state
Create a platform & inviting environment where educators can ask questions and get answers
Participation
All educators, regardless of their roles, are warmly welcomed and encouraged to actively participate. This includes administrators, technology coordinators, technology support staff, teachers, and any other educators. The meetings are broadcast live on YouTube, providing multiple avenues for involvement:
Tune in to the live video stream of the meeting
Engage in the YouTube chat by sharing comments, questions, and resources
Contribute to the shared Google Doc agenda for the meeting
For those unable to join the live session, recorded videos of the meetings are available through the same live video stream link.
