After you download the application, Geek Squad Support will be able to view and record your screen as part of your support session, but cannot access your files or control your computer or device. You should remove from view on your screen, anything that you would prefer Geek Squad did not see or record as part of your session. Sessions are recorded for quality and customer service purposes. Recordings are retained for 30 days.
