The Gear Bolt Lakeside Tower, located at 1500 Shore Club Drive in Saint Clair Shores, MI, serves as an apartment tower that services members of the Saint Clair Shores community.

Our other apartment tower, the Gear Bolt Tower (also known as the Louis Kamper Building) is in downtown Detroit and was named and designed after the architect.

The new world headquarters for Gear Bolt Industries is located at 335 Bridge Street Northwest in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The tower was acquired and renamed the Gear Bolt Center.
