2025 Registration

Due to limited space, GDDI is by invitation only. If your organization has received an invitation from MIUSA, please register here.

If you have NOT received an invitation but wish to be considered, please share your interest in GDDI using this form or contact MIUSA.

Member organizations of MIUSA's EDDI membership receive GDDI invitations and a reduced registration rate as part of member benefits. Join EDDI.

Registrants will receive instructions for completing payment upon registration.

Member organizations of MIUSA's EDDI initiative receive a discounted rate. 

Early Bird Rate

If purchased by Wednesday April 30, 2025:

• $390 – early bird registration, EDDI members 

• $450 – early bird registration, non-members

Regular Rate

If purchased between Thursday May 1, 2025 - Thursday May 15, 2025:

• $440 – regular registration, EDDI members 

• $500 – regular registration, non-members

Late Registration Rate

If purchased after Thursday May 15, 2025:

• $515 – late registration, EDDI members

• $575 – late registration, non-members 

• Daily program at beautiful retreat space in Eugene, Oregon

• Full-day working excursion to the Oregon Coast

• Daily shuttle between designated conference hotels and retreat site

• Lunches and light refreshments during program times

Registration fees do not include the following items, which are at attendees' own expense:

• Airfare to/from Eugene Airport (EUG)

• Ground transportation to/from Eugene Airport

• Lodging (Group rates for GDDI participants available at select hotels through May 15, 2025. Breakfast included. See Lodging for details.)

• Meals outside of program times

• ​Refund requested before or on the day of the Early Bird Rate deadline = 90% refund

• Refund requested between the Early Bird Rate deadline and the Regular Rate deadline = 50%

• All refund requested after the regular rate deadline = No refund
