Terms of Service: GlucoGlance

1. Nature of Service GlucoGlance is a secondary data dashboard and mathematical utility. It acts as a passive telemetry mirror for records retrieved from primary FDA-approved hardware, including the Eversense 365 and Omnipod 5.

2. No Medical Advice or Device Control

• Passive Display: This app is a high-fidelity display for mirrored telemetry only.

• Zero Control: The app has no capability to send commands, adjust settings, or control insulin delivery on any linked hardware.

• Status Indicators: Modes such as "Manual," "Automated," and "Limited" are read-only status indicators mirrored from the primary device.

3. Mathematical Verification Engine

• Verification Sums: The "Correction Bolus Suggested" feature is an arithmetic verification sum based on user-provided constants.

• User Constants: Users are solely responsible for entering accurate mathematical coefficients, such as Carb Ratios and Correction Factors, mirrored from their primary therapy plan.

• Math Solver: The "Manual Entry / Math Solver" mode is provided for secondary arithmetic verification only.

4. User-Defined Visualization

• Thresholds: High, Low, and Target glucose ranges are user-definable visualization thresholds and do not constitute medical targets.

• Trend Logic: The default Color Rotated Trend Icon (CRTI) is a mathematical representation of data velocity and direction.

5. Data Portability Users are responsible for the management and interpretation of any data exported via the CSV/XLSX "Glucose Tools" utility.
