1. Nature of the Application GlucoGlance is a secondary data visualization dashboard and mathematical utility. The application acts as a passive telemetry mirror for records retrieved from the user's linked hardware, including the Eversense 365 and Omnipod 5. GlucoGlance is incapable of medical delivery or hardware control and is strictly a visual-only data management tool.

2. Data Retrieval and Telemetry The app retrieves and displays historical records including:

• Glucose Data: Historical sensor records from primary CGM sources.

• Insulin Data: Mirrored records of insulin delivery and pump status (Manual, Automated, Limited).

• Device Status: Current operational modes of the linked hardware.

3. User-Defined Mathematical Constants The app stores user-provided mathematical variables used solely for calculation verification:

• Carb Ratios and Correction Factors: These coefficients are manually entered by the user to facilitate secondary arithmetic verification.

• Visualization Thresholds: User-defined numerical ranges and color preferences (e.g., Urgent High, Target, Urgent Low) used for UI rendering.

4. Data Storage and Portability

• Local Processing: All mathematical calculations, such as the Calculated Verification Sum, are performed locally on the user's device.

• CSV/XLSX Export: Users may choose to export their historical records to standardized spreadsheet formats for personal data portability.

• Third-Party Sharing: GlucoGlance does not sell or share user telemetry or historical records with third parties.

5. Consent and Safety By using GlucoGlance, you acknowledge that the app is a secondary display for visual verification. It does not replace the primary FDA-approved medical device.
