Welcome to SpleeterAudioStems (the "App"). Before using the App, please carefully read and understand these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. By downloading, installing, opening, or using the App, you indicate that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
The App provides local audio and video processing tools, including but not limited to:
importing media files from audio or video;
stem separation, audio extraction, and waveform display;
multitrack playback, volume adjustment, speed adjustment, pitch adjustment, and AB loop;
recording, recording list management, renaming, and deletion;
exporting audio and composing audio or recordings into video;
importing and displaying chord data;
sharing processing results through system sharing features;
subscription or in-app purchase related features.
We may add, adjust, suspend, or discontinue features based on product planning, system limitations, device performance, or compliance requirements.
You must ensure that you have lawful rights to, or have obtained sufficient authorization from the rights holders for, the audio, video, chord files, and other content that you import, record, process, export, compose, or share.
You may not use the App to process, generate, or distribute content that infringes another person's copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, trade secrets, or other lawful rights and interests.
You may not use the App to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, obscene, violent, malware-related, or otherwise violates laws, regulations, public order, or good morals.
The App provides tool functionality only. It does not mean that we own rights to the content you process, nor does it mean that we authorize you to use any third-party audio or video materials. You are solely responsible for copyright, authorization, disputes, or legal liability arising from your use of the App to process or share content.
Before you first import, process, record, separate, export, or share audio/video content, the App may display a "Copyright and Use Statement" or similar confirmation prompt. By tapping "I have confirmed and continue" or a similar confirmation, you indicate that:
you understand that the App only provides audio/video processing tools;
you confirm that you have lawful rights to the relevant audio/video content or have obtained necessary authorization;
you promise not to use the App to process, export, or distribute illegal, infringing, or third-party-rights-infringing content;
you agree that you are solely responsible for liabilities arising from your use of the App to process or share content.
If you do not agree to the above statement, please do not continue to import, process, record, export, or share the relevant content.
The App's audio/video processing results may be affected by source file quality, recording environment, device performance, system version, file format, processing parameters, and other factors. We do not guarantee that separation, recording, recognition, composition, or export results will be completely accurate, lossless, or suitable for a specific professional purpose.
You should confirm that you have backed up source files, project files, recordings, or export results before deleting them. To the extent permitted by law, we will not assume compensation beyond statutory liability for data loss caused by accidental deletion, system cleanup, device failure, insufficient storage space, or other uncontrollable reasons.
To provide recording features, the App may request microphone permission.
To select videos or media files from the photo library, the App may request photos/media library permission.
You may deny or disable related permissions, but the corresponding features may become unavailable.
For details about information processing, permission purposes, local storage, sharing, and deletion methods, please see the Privacy Policy.
If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, specific prices, billing periods, benefits, trials, and renewal rules are subject to what is displayed in App Store.
Purchases and payments are processed by Apple. You can view, cancel, or manage subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription management page.
Subscription expiration, cancellation, refunds, payment failure, or App Store status issues may affect the availability of related benefits.
Refund rules are subject to Apple App Store policies. We cannot directly process refunds through Apple's payment channel.
When using the App, you may not:
violate laws or regulations or infringe third-party lawful rights and interests;
process, crack, or distribute copyrighted content without authorization;
reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or bypass subscription or permission restrictions;
interfere with the normal operation of the App or undermine related technical protection measures;
use the App for any illegal, infringing, or commercially abusive scenario.
The intellectual property rights in the App's software, interface, code, design, trademarks, icons, and related materials are owned by the developer or lawful rights holders. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or otherwise use any part of the App.
You retain corresponding rights to content that you import, record, edit, or generate, but you must ensure that such content does not infringe others' rights.
The App may use Apple system capabilities, StoreKit, audio/video processing frameworks, file pickers, share sheets, open-source libraries, machine learning models, or third-party components. Third-party services, components, or models may be subject to their own terms, licenses, and policies. For details about open-source components and models, please see the Third-Party Open-Source Components and Model Notice. If feature limitations, errors, or unavailability are caused by changes to third-party services, system capabilities, open-source components, models, or platform policies, we will adapt within a reasonable scope but do not guarantee continuous availability.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding:
whether processing results are completely accurate, complete, lossless, or suitable for a particular purpose;
whether the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always compatible with all devices and formats;
whether content you process or share through the App will not cause third-party disputes.
You are responsible for losses caused by your violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, processing or distribution of illegal/infringing content, incorrect operation, device issues, or system issues. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for actual losses directly caused by the App.
We may update these Terms based on product features, laws and regulations, or operational needs. Updates will be displayed in the App, on a website, or in another reasonable location. If you continue using the App after the Terms are updated, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
