You might want to try the following enrichment activity to help combat any worry, stress, cabin fever and many other situations.
Meditation Time
Step 1.
Find somewhere comfortable to sit with your back straight. Thighs and shins should be at right angles to each other or sit cross-legged.
Step 2.
Follow your breath. Start on an out-breath (exhale). Relax your face.
Step 3.
Breathe in normally and count how long it takes (e.g. 4). Hold breath for the same time.
Step 4.
Breathe out to same count. Try to keep count the same for each stage. Relax a few seconds and repeat Step 3. Start with 5 mins and build up time. Enjoy.
