We will share what GCRJ is and what we’ve been doing, obstacles and all. We are holding this event to:

• Educate current members, future members, and the general GC community about GCRJ’s mission and the structure of the organization

• Self-reflect as members of GCRJ to assess accomplishments, challenges, and steps to move forward

We are seeking ideas, reflections, and engagement to make GCRJ work for our community.

Journal Club is hosted by the Research Committee and meets up to discuss published research articles relating to genetic counseling and DEI topics. For more information and details on when the meet-ups are, go to the #research-main channel in Slack!

The Education Committee hosts these events where members can read an article/book and then convene to discuss it. There are multiple time slots available for discussions, so hopefully you can join us for one! Find details about each meeting in the #education-main channel in Slack.
