안녕하세요 가천대학교 학생 여러분, 김원호 교수입니다!
제가 가천대학교의 EMLAB연구실을 운영한지 2017년 이후 벌써 3년째에 접어들고 있습니다.
제가 꿈꾸고 있는 연구실의 발전방향은 전기기기의 해석/설계가 모두 가능한 인재를 육성하여 국가 기술력 향상과 산업발전에 기여하고자 하는 것입니다. 이러한 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 훌륭한 연구 환경을 만들어 가는 것이 무엇보다 중요합니다.
연구 환경을 구축한다는 것은 하드웨어적으로 좋은 환경을 구축하는 것도 중요하지만
소프트웨어적으로는 구성원이 서로 존중하고 연구에 대한 열정을 가지고 토론을 통하여 자신의 지식을 깊고 넓혀가는 분위기를 조성하는 것도 매우 중요합니다. 저는 앞으로도 제가 목표한 연구환경을 만들기 위하여 끊임없이 노력할 것입니다.
