Dear Elementary School Parents, Students, and Staff,

I am thrilled to present you with a special project brought to you by the Student Association of Glenbrook North. Our incredibly talented students put their heads together to create something that combines their love of community with their love of reading.

Spearheaded by freshman student Hannah Dalinka (Wood Oaks ’19), we present to you, “Spartan Storytime”, a collection of student-read books with accompanying activities. When you click on this link, you will see several tabs. Please explore each tab! One, titled “Read-Alouds”, will bring you to our library of videos that each have an accompanying activity. The other, titled “Activities'', will bring you to a page of reading-related activities that are separated by age group. You can apply these activities to any book! We would love it if you sent in photos of your readers’ work so that we can highlight it on our social media outlets! Please email your pictures to dfluegge@glenbrook225.org.
