The house is called TALL TREES and is located behind the black gate.

 To gain access, please ring the doorbell on the left side of the gate. There is secure parking space behind the gate, which comfortably fits two cars, but can accommodate up to four. 

The nearest train station, Elmstead Wood, is just under a mile away, about a 15-20 minute walk.

Just a short walk behind the house, you'll find the village of South Mottingham, which has a Co-op supermarket and a few off-licence shops. You can also grab some food there, including pizzas, kebabs, fried chicken, and fish.
