Booking Terms and Conditions

1. All reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit. Unless otherwise stated, rates do not include taxes, gratuities, extras, or incidental charges. Guest agrees to pay all charges including, but not limited to, room charges, taxes, extras, incidentals, and charges for any damage caused to the property.

2. A week before the stay rest payment needs to be transferred along with £500 deposit.

3. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in.

4. Payment of extras (decorations, food and other services) will be processed when booked ahead.

5. CANCELLATION. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

6. Check-in is 3:00 p.m.

7. Check-out time is 11.00 a.m.

8. Early departure. Guests who depart before the confirmed reservation end date will be charged for the full reservation.

9. The loss of or failure to return any room key shall result in a £80 rekeying charge.

10. The Gatsby Villa London is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items of the guest.

11. GATSBY VILLA LONDON IS A SMOKE AND TOBACCO FREE PROPERTY. Smoking and tobacco products are not permitted inside the villa. There is an allocated smoking area in the grounds. Any violation of this term and condition shall be deemed damage to the property. There is a significant room restoration fee of at least £300 per room for any Guest who violates this term , in order to reimburse the owners for the extensive cost of restoring the room to a smoke and tobacco free condition.

12. Using any open flames or high heat devices is prohibited.

13. Firearms and fireworks are not permitted.

14. Do not use any confetti or confetti-filled balloons. You might be charged an extra cleaning fee confetti will be left after check out.

15. No consumption of alcohol by any person under 18.

16. The Gatsby Villa London does not sell, supply, or serve any alcohol.

17. The Gatsby Villa London is an old property that is subject to necessary repairs, renovations and upgrades, some of which may be unpredicted or unforeseen. Consequently, we cannot provide a warranty or guarantee regarding conditions during Guest’s stay. The Gatsby Villa London will exercise reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions. No refunds will be issued for disruptions of any utilities or for mechanical failures beyond the owner’s control.

18. Parking at the villa is free.

19. The Gatsby Villa London reserves the authority, in its sole discretion, to immediately remove and/or exclude any person who exhibits violent, disruptive, destructive, inappropriate, or disorderly conduct or behaviour. Any removed or excluded Guest shall be deemed to have checked out before the reservation end date. 

20. The owners cannot create terms and conditions that cover every contingency. Therefore, we reserves the authority, in its sole discretion, to issue directions and exercise reasonable control, either orally or in writing, on a case-by-case basis. Guest agrees to abide by the decisions of the villa.

21. The decision by The Gatsby Villa London, in its sole discretion, to waive any term and condition does not constitute a waiver by the villa of its right to enforce any other term and condition.

22. The Gatsby Villa London terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
