Our Annual General Meeting usually happens on a Tuesday morning in early January and all members are invited to attend.
The purpose of the meeting is for the members to review the activity of the section over the previous year and give feedback to the outgoing Committee. Reports are received from the outgoing Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.
A new Committee is then appointed to serve for the following year. Existing Committee members are entitled to be considered for re-election.
The meeting will then agree to any proposed future rule changes and the level of subscriptions for the forthcoming year.
