On 26^th December 2019, India along with other parts of the world witnessed a rare celestial event - Solar eclipse (SuryaGrahan). This time's solar eclipse was special since it was annular, which means the moon between sun and earth will be a little away from earth, making very small portion of sun visible to people.

Our college organized a grand event to catch glimpses of the eclipse. All the nearby educational institutions were invited for the event. Over 1000 students, from 13 schools & colleges along with 2 media journalist visited our campus. College made the necessary arrangement with the x-ray sunglasses as well as Dr. Mayur Patel arranged 2 Telescopes to enjoy the view of the eclipse.
