About Us

Gary is a native San Diegan, born in La Mesa and educated at San Diego State University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Master's in Finance, and an Associates in Paralegal Studies. He presently is a licensed and bonded Notary in California, as well as a Licensed Document Assistant (LDA) and Licensed and Bonded Process Server in both Riverside and San Diego Counties.

Gary is a member of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, The La Jolla Town Council, The La Jolla and Golden Triangle Chamber of Commerce, The National Notary Association, The San Diego Paralegal Association, California Association of LDA, The Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles County Bar Association, The Mission Bay Real Estate Association (mbrea), The Real Estate Brokers Association (reba) and the La Jolla Historical Society.

Gary Whitehead and Associates was founded in 2008, with the emphasis on individual service to clients who cannot afford attorney services or have simple needs that don't require attorney representation.
